It’s got a kickass compression algorithm, no doubt about that.
Today
I realized that just because it’s an open source freeware hippie
project, it justifies them to have a big fat button named “Background”
in the extracting dialog. The button should of course make the window
reside in the tray bar. But NO – no matter how many times you push it -
nothing happens, nada! I want to do this every time I extract something.
They’ve
had this dummy button in their latest stable version for several
months. We’re dealing with a bunch of really dedicated good
programmers, but apparently They Can’t Fix This Annoyance, and who
blames them? They’re holy open sourcerers. I say fix it!

Edit: After this article I was told that the button is used to toggle the working thread priority. But hey; that's no good GUI design.
